By listing your business on ShowMyIndia, you acknowledge and agree that all user profile and business-related data you upload is entirely public. Anyone visiting the website can search, view, and contact you using the details provided, including your mobile/phone numbers, email addresses, physical address, and team details. Do not submit sensitive or private credentials.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, creating a business profile, or utilizing the ShowMyIndia directory, you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to comply with all guidelines, conditions, and rules stated in this document and our Privacy Policy.
Account Creation & Safety
To unlock listings creation, you must provide valid registration credentials (such as an OTP verification or Google authentication). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ShowMyIndia is not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to negligence.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- All details provided during registration must be accurate.
Listing Guidelines & Content ownership
You retain the intellectual property rights for the images, logos, product catalogs, and descriptions you upload. However, you grant ShowMyIndia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, search, and distribute your content across our platform.
Content Quality Constraints: Images uploaded for products, courses, or services are automatically optimized, converted to WebP, and compressed to a maximum size of 30KB to maintain platform performance and fast page load times.
Prohibited Activities & Deletions
Users may not list services or businesses involved in illegal activities, explicit adult content, spam, fraudulent marketing schemes, or copyright infringement. ShowMyIndia reserves the right to suspend, reject approval, or label listings as draft/unpublished without prior warning if they violate this policy.

ShowMyIndia works as a hyper-local listing index. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality of services, products, or reviews posted on the directory. Transactions and communications between business owners and platform visitors are purely peer-to-peer and at your own risk.
